Gray Panthers NYC is proud to announce that Clarivate, a global leader in trusted insights and analytics, will acquire the archives of its acclaimed Transformation Tuesday webinar series for inclusion in its newly launched Aging in the Modern World platform. This strategic partnership, which was sparked by volunteer Joan Cheung, will expand access to critical discussions on ageism, nursing home reform, policy advocacy, and intergenerational activism, bringing these vital conversations to a broader audience.
Since its inception in 2021, Transformation Tuesday has featured experts, advocates, and changemakers dedicated to challenging ageist narratives and advancing social justice for older adults. Through this collaboration, Clarivate will integrate the webinar archives from 2021-24 into its Aging in the Modern World platform, ensuring that policymakers, scholars, and the general public have ongoing access to these essential dialogues.
“Gray Panthers NYC has long been at the forefront of the fight against ageism and for social justice,” said Michelle Arnot, President of Gray Panthers NYC. “This partnership with Clarivate will amplify our work and allow our thought-provoking discussions to reach new audiences who are shaping the future of aging.”
Clarivate’s Aging in the Modern World platform is designed to be a comprehensive resource, offering research, analysis, and multimedia content to inform and support aging-related initiatives worldwide. By incorporating Transformation Tuesday into its offerings, Clarivate reinforces its commitment to advancing knowledge and advocacy in the aging sector.
