Six rising leaders in long-term care gathered to discuss their roles and their paths to leadership in the field, moderated by Gray Panthers NYC President Michelle Arnot and Vice President Carrie Leljedal.

The panelists received the newly created Jill Gerson Award for their contributions and commitment to improving care for older adults. The award is named for Jill to honor her generosity to Gray Panthers NYC.
